The good news is, you have several options when it comes to getting replacement parts for the KPM 200. The bad news is, there’s some big downsides to each one.
  • KPM Moto Club – convenient but expensive. Has part diagrams, but doesn’t have all parts.
  • Dealerships – hit or miss on what may be in stock, expensive but possibly within driving distance.
  • Amazon/eBay – hit or miss on parts, but when they’re in stock expect decent prices and much faster shipping, plus good return policies.
  • Overseas Retailers – slightly cheaper, but shipping can be very expensive for heavier parts and slow. Very slow. But the selection of parts is usually significantly better.

KPMoto Club

link: kpmotoclub.com

Pros

  • Very comprehensive list of parts
  • Parts broken down by diagram
  • Run by AmericanLifan.com (direct from the manufacturer)
  • Ships from the U.S.

Cons

  • Most expensive option
  • Doesn’t seem to have the range of parts overseas retailers have
  • Nothing aftermarket

YoyCart

link: lifan kpm 200 yoycart.com

Pros:

  • Has practically every conceivable part, including many not found on KPmoto
  • Prices are reasonable, if not cheap
  • Includes many aftermarket parts, including bags, engine guards, rear seat, center stand, and mod parts like levers, sprockets, decals, etc.

Cons:

  • Ships from China, so slow and potentially expensive
  • Shipping fees are usually estimated based on weight, prepare to be sticker shocked at the cost
  • Customer service is virtually non-existent. Use a credit card with generous charge-back features!

ChinaHao

link: ChinaHao.com

Pros:

  • Large selection of parts, including hard to find items elsewhere
  • Similar to YoyCart, connects buyers to individual sellers
  • Prices seem to be cheaper than YoyCart

Cons:

  • More parts & descriptions written in Chinese, so not as much English on the site.
  • Shipping can be very expensive, all shipping costs are estimated
  • Slightly better customer service than Yoycart, but not by much.
  • Long shipping times (weeks to over a month)

AliExpress

link: AliExpress.com

Pros:

  • Tend to be more upfront with shipping costs
  • Is the “Amazon” of China, so expect better-than-average customer service for an overseas retailer
  • More mature as a retailer, so shipping and order information is easier to find

Cons:

  • More expensive than ChinaHao or Yoycart
  • Shipping varies wildly depending on seller
  • Long wait times again!

Amazon

link: Amazon.com

Pros:

  • Parts, if available, usually ship quick.
  • Prices are decent, usually better than dealerships and overseas retailers, factoring in shipping costs.
  • Amazon’s good customer support & returns

Cons:

  • Limited part availability
  • Some sellers may be more reputable than others
Note: Amazon seems to have many more parts listed for the KPR 200, but because the KPM and KPR are nearly identical, a vast majority of parts sold for the KPM are the same for the KPM.

eBay

link: ebay.com

Pros:

  • eBay’s solid rep for customer service and support
  • Upfront pricing and shipping costs
  • Good amount of tracking / order managing features

Cons:

  • Mostly exhaust systems (great until you already have one!)
  • Not a tremendous number of other parts for the KPM 200
