Is there a preferred chain cleaner and lubricant for the KPM?

Seen a LOT of discussion on the topic and seems like people just use what they like or have always used (eg: kerosene, gear oil, WD-40, etc), but is there a particular cleaner and lubricant that works best for the KPM 200 chain?

I personally use WD-40, and then apply Motul C5 Chain Paste. Stuff is amazing.
