The manual calls for a Valve inspection and alignment every 3,800 miles or 6,000 kilometers. Herbies Garage on YouTube posted the entire procedure, both on the KPM 200 and the same engine from the KPR 200. I would recommend purchasing some feeler gauges and watching BOTH of these videos!
